Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CNC Operator/Programmer for our client in Beloit,Wisconsin. Our client is a local Manufacturing Company that specializes in the production of progressive stamping die and precision machined parts. We are looking for experienced CNC Programmers and Operators for our first shift. Experience with Horizontal and Vertical turning and milling machining centers. 4th axis machining experience and live tool turning is desired. Wage: dependent on the individual's experience, record of accomplishment and demonstrated skills. Direct Hire position,depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime available and sometimes required. Duties and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience

• Experience with programming

• Proficiency in Gibbs Cam or equivalent

• Above average understanding of GD&T

• High School Degree.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Lathe live tooling experience is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple tooling jobs

• Machining of piece parts per print

• Set up and operate multiple brands of CNC Equipment efficiently

• Maintain work areas and tooling

• In process inspection
