Job Type / Category

  • Track and manage benefit eligibility and enrollments
  • Assisting in all Accounts Receivable duties as required
  • Troubleshoot, maintain and resolve any IT related problems
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops for new and existing users
  • Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers, scanners and others
  • Perform routine updates, installations and assisting with other office duties as required

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Formal Payroll training and Accounts Receivable experience
  • 2-years Technical Support experience
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Superior MS skills, including Excel and Access
