Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Journeyman Plumber for a reputable plumbing company in the Flathead Valley.
This full‑time role is ideal for an experienced plumber skilled in both service work and new construction across residential and commercial projects.

Position: Journeyman Plumber

Location: Flathead Valley
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$25/hr range depending on experience
Status: Full‑Time

What You’ll Do

  • Perform plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and new‑construction projects
  • Work with pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
  • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades
  • Follow building plans, blueprints, and job specifications
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues and emergencies
  • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent

What You Bring

  • Montana State Journeyman Plumbing License
  • 4+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential and commercial new construction
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and rough drawings
  • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
  • Skilled with hand tools and power tools
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic math, including fractions and decimals

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb, and work in various physical positions
  • Must pass a background check
  • Valid driver’s license required
