Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour

We are hiring an Office Admin/ Receptionist to join our team. Have a good interpersonal skill set with positive engagement capability. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles incoming and outgoing calls and forward calls to appropriate person or staff
• Greet guest and handling phone inquiries
• Enter orders into the system with accuracy in a timely fashion
• Track and reconcile inventory daily
• Coordinating Canada customs paperwork for incoming shipments
• Interacting with sales brokers and trading partners regarding deal pricing inquiries
• Provides support, when time allows other departments
• Carries other duties related as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Office admin Certificate and or Customer Service experience is an asset
• Minimum 1 plus years of Office Admin experience
• Excellent Computer skills (Ms Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Friendly, willingness to learn and ability to be flexible
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with other departments
• Ability to work under pressure and possess a great attitude and have exceptional organizational skills
