Salary: $17.00 per hour

Leading International Corporation in Troy, MI is in search of a part-time Administrative Office Professional to support their office operations 3-4 days per week. This is a long-term evaluation hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Coordinate travel
  • Complete expense reports
  • Manage office calendar for vacations and visitors
  • Arrange luncheons and dinners
  • Payroll support
  • Order office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous office administration experience. (Sales or Technical office experience preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

Hours and Pay:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday with the addition of a 4th day as needed

8:00am – 4:00pm

$17.00 per hour
