Salary: $20.00/hr

$20.00 /hr to start.  Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Can start immediately. Pelham, AL.

You will act as a liaison between our subcontractors and customers, to manage overdue accounts.

• Will follow a basic script and only ask if customer is ready to make payment today (processing payment), or setting up to call them again in a week. 
• Will do same with insurance companies, asking status of claim then make notes of call results so team can follow up based on notes.
• Will be operating on a computer and telephone.

Here's What Makes YOU a Great Candidate:

• Min. 6 months' recent experience doing any type of OUTBOUND customer service or collection calls
• ACCURATE and fairly quick data entry / keyboard skills; QuickBooks experience a plus, but not required
• Great telephone skills; articulate, personable on phone
• Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively within a small team
• Dependable & punctual, with a good work ethic
• Drug-free; background check
