- Highly fluent in the full suite of Microsoft Office suite, specifically with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills. Record of completion of training with these programs.
- Highly Proficient with QuickBooks, with a demonstrated ability in manipulating and creating new reports with an electronic Accounting system
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and oriented to a service position for colleagues at work
- Ability in managing transactions, payments, and accounts. Excellent communication and self-organization skill is paramount.
The candidate will handle duties as clerical office person for the following:
- Wire transfer tracking
- Word processing
- Presentation creation (electronic and paper)
- Record keeping
- Managing contacts and distribution lists
- Managing electronic and paper file creation and updating
- Managing weekly and monthly reports, collection of payments
- Managing non-routine daily activities of the office as problem solver.
