Salary: 12.00 - $14.00/hr

Our client in Solon, OH is looking for Production Leads for 2nd shift. Our candidate will be overseeing a group of assembly workers on automated & manual lines. The Lead will coordinate production on multiple assembly lines to ensure product is produced to customer specifications.

Production lead will be responsible for:

• Setting up assembly lines
• Assigning tasks to workers
• Training new workers
• Monitoring/recording quantity/quality of line output
• Monitoring materials needed
• Conducting frequent quality inspections
• Communicating progress to production supervisor
• Help train new line leads
• Enforce safety regulations
• Modify line set-up as needed to gain efficiencies
• Perform line assembly work, as needed

• Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds
• Punctual with reliable transportation

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising others or running assembly lines

We are looking for LONG TERM employees who want to get HIRED ON!!!!

Work schedule is 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday), 10 hour shifts, and 40+ hours a week. Overtime is as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
