• Date & Time: Wednesdays from 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM
• Location: 200 Cahaba Park Circle Suite 130, Birmingham AL 35242
• Directions: Turn off Hwy. 280 onto Cahaba Park Cir. at the traffic light in front of the Inverness McDonald's. Take the last right before going up the hill (you'll see our sign). Our entrance is just past the staircase on the ground level.
