- Location: Benton Harbor, MI
- Position Type: Full-Time, Evaluation Hire
- Pay/Salary: $14/hr.
- Schedule: 1st Shift, 5:00 am - 2:30 pm

Responsibilities of Ceramic Floor Line Caster:
- Casting and de-molding of ceramic parts including cleanup and patching of parts
- Batching of dry ceramic materials
- Mixing of ceramic materials
- Completing all necessary paperwork for ISO compliance
- Loading and unloading of ceramic parts onto drying racks
- Moving molds and part with forklifts, cranes, and rotators
Qualifications of Ceramic Floor Line Caster:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience
- Machine operation experience preferred
- General industrial shop experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Time, measuring, and accuracy a must
