Express Employment Professionals in Ithaca is searching for an IT Support Specialist for our client located in Ithaca for a long term opening. The IT Support Specialist will provide end user support and maintenance within the organization's desktop and mobile computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and software, and mobile computing devices. Key to this position will be strong customer service skills while troubleshooting end users issues with a high sense of urgency.
