We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic applicant that loves working with animals! This is a part time position with 25-30 hours a week and on weekends. 

 

 Job Description:

• Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and common areas 
• Feed, water, and monitor animals throughout the day
• Walk dogs, provide enrichment, and support basic animal care routines 
• Assist with bathing, waste removal, and laundry duties 
• Report any behavioral or health concerns to management 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility 
• Consistent feeding and care routines with accurate documentation 

Requirements: 

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and unassisted - food bags, animals, cleaning supplies 
• Able to stand, walk, bend, clean, lift, reach, push, pull, twist for extended periods of time 
• Prior kennel, vet clinic, or animal care experience preferred but not required 
• Able to stay calm and professional
• Able to use cleaning chemicals to clean leashes, crates, and animal handling equipment 
• Willingness to learn animal handling and facility standards

Work Schedule: 7am to 5pm Thursday - Sunday
