This is an active, hands-on role ideal for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience.
Pay
What You'll Do
- Clean materials and equipment using pressure washers
- Drill, grind, buff, and prepare parts for production
- Inspect materials for quality and proper identification
- Perform basic repairs using hand and power tools
- Stack, organize, and prepare materials for storage and production
- Assist with inventory and material handling activities
- Learn to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, production, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to use or learn hand and power tools
- Basic computer or tablet skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Forklift, grinder, overhead crane, or pressure washer experience is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Perform physical labor in warehouse and manufacturing environments
- Work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions
