Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic for a respected local company in the Flathead Valley.

Position: Diesel Mechanic

Location: Flathead Valley
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Status: Full‑Time
Overtime: Available as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Perform diesel repairs and maintenance following industry‑standard service procedures
  • Complete lube and oil changes, light repairs, and routine maintenance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot wiring and electrical systems
  • Repair and replace brake components including S‑cams, bushings, wheel seals, and wheel studs
  • Perform ABS and air brake system diagnostics and repairs
  • Troubleshoot air systems, including air ride and tag axle components
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace by removing old parts and putting away tools
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic
  • Strong knowledge of brake systems, electrical systems, and air systems
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical issues
  • Must provide your own tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
