We have an immediate opening for a part-time, permanent Assistant Property Manager!

Candidate will be responsible for the following job duties:

• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints
• Enforcing rules of occupancy
• Inspecting vacant units and completing repairs
• Planning renovations
• Contracting with landscaping services

Requirements for the position are as follows:

• Associate’s Degree or higher
• Previous management experience
• Professional appearance
• Good communication skills
