Express Employment Professionals is searching for hard working candidates to fill several positions of Lawn care/Landscaping for our top clients. 

We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscapers to join our team. This role involves maintaining the grounds of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are clean, well-kept, and aesthetically appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lawn Care: Mow, trim, and fertilize lawns; apply weed and pest control treatments.
• Plant Maintenance: Prune, plant, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Grounds keeping: Clean sidewalks, remove debris, and clear seasonal leaves.
• Irrigation: Monitor and maintain watering systems to ensure proper hydration.
• Equipment Operation: Operate landscaping tools such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Hardscaping: Assist with installing walkways, patios, and retaining walls.
• Waste Management: Collect and dispose of yard waste.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous landscaping or grounds keeping experience preferred.
• Skills: Knowledge of plants, turf care, and equipment operation.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license required; pesticide certification a plus.

Job Requirements:

• 40 hours a week
• Previous landscaping experience a must
• Ability to work in the extreme elements
• Ability to bend, lift, kneel, twist, and stoop
