Requirements

• Pay is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.

  Location: Tuscaloosa, AL

  We have an immediate opening for a position in Accounts Payable. The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Matching invoices to receiving tickets for verification prior to payment
  • Researching and reconciling discrepancies in invoices
  • Setting up payment schedules, as needed
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Utilizing QuickBooks to match checks with invoices.
  • Reconciling bank statements

  Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of a year of QuickBooks experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable is required.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not required.

  This is a full time, permanent position. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
