Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Answering inbound calls, order taking, tracking shipments, checking account history, researching order status, balances. Must be able to compose professional emails, as there is quite a bit of correspondence via email. Heavy focus on quality of customer service provided to the dealers, as opposed to the quantity of calls made.
