Employment Specialist / Staffing Consultant - Willing to Train

8am-5pm Mon-Fri

$45,000 + Bonus & Commission

 

As an Employment Specialist, you will be working with associates and clients to place individuals in a variety of positions. You will be filling job orders, inside sales activities, building relationships with associates and clients. This role requires having a high amount of energy, a can-do attitude and willingness to take the extra step to provide superior customer service.

Duties:

• Fill 100% of all qualified job orders with urgency
• Recruit, interview, and retain a qualified pool of associates
• Generate and expand business with existing accounts and new accounts
• Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication

What we are looking for:

• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are key to this position!
• Advanced MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
