Tool and Die Maker- Specialized Tool Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tool and Die Maker to support specialized tool manufacturing and precision production operations. In this role, you will build, repair, and maintain custom tools, dies, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys precision craftsmanship, technical problem-solving, and working with advanced machinery.

Duties:

• Build, repair, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, and specialized tooling
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Operate precision machining equipment such as lathes, grinders, and milling machines
• Inspect finished tools and components to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend process improvements
• Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and shop equipment
• Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
