Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Gillett, PA. This position involves fabricating and assembling windows, doors, and enclosure panels while maintaining quality standards and a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve raw materials from the warehouse
• Measure and cut extrusions and glass
• Punch parts and assemble windows and doors
• Roll screen frames and cut foam
• Bond and process panels for enclosures
• Prepare and process panels for shipping
• Read and follow job orders and assembly procedures
• Unload incoming raw materials
• Maintain equipment, tools, and clean work areas

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical ability (experience using power tools, hand tools, saws, punch presses)
• Ability to accurately read a ruler/tape measure (testing required)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Organized, dependable, and open-minded
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and assembly procedures
