As a Mortgage Servicing Manager, you’ll oversee daily servicing operations to ensure loans are managed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations. This role blends leadership, process improvement, and customer-focused service to support borrowers throughout the life of their loans. Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise mortgage servicing staff and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor servicing regulations
• Oversee payment processing, escrow administration, and account maintenance
• Monitor service levels, performance metrics, and quality standards
• Resolve escalated customer and borrower inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve servicing processes
• Develop and implement training, procedures, and best practices
