Tool and Die Maker – Specialized Tool Manufacturing

Located in Beaverton, OR

As a Tool and Die Maker, you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing precision tools and dies used in specialized manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and takes pride in high-precision craftsmanship. You’ll work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure tools meet exact specifications and perform reliably.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and repair specialized tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications
• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders
• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and make necessary adjustments or improvements
• Maintain tooling to ensure quality, efficiency, and production readiness
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
