Lead Generator

Located in Tigard, OR

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to support our staffing and recruiting team. This role is responsible for proactively contacting local businesses to introduce our staffing services, identify hiring needs, and connect qualified candidates with open positions. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and passionate about helping companies find great talent while assisting job seekers in securing meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to local companies to introduce our staffing services
• Identify hiring managers and decision-makers to generate new business leads
• Present qualified candidate profiles to prospective employers
• Match candidate skills and experience with client hiring needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses
• Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure accurate candidate representation
• Schedule meetings or calls between clients and the recruiting team as needed
• Follow up consistently to nurture potential business relationships

Qualifications

• Typing Speed of 50 WPM+
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
