Provide positive, upbeat first impression to clients and other callers. Handle incoming calls in professional, friendly and effective manner; greet visitors the same way. Also handle opening and distributing mail; setting appointments and managing a calendar. Must have professional appearance with professional, friendly personality that comes through both in person and over the phone. Requires solid skill set on MS Word; must be familiar with using Outlook e-mail.
Excellent benefits; bonus plan available quarterly. Starting wage of $25,000 - 29,000, depending on experience.
