Engineering firm in need of an IT Help Desk Associate. Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Plenty of room to grow and benefits. Job duties listed below.

Job Duties:
-Assist internal employees with computer issues such as:
*Malfunctioning software
*Installing, upgrading, and removing software
*Disassembling and reassembling computer workstations
*Installing Printers
-Serve as IT support for warehouse equipment, helping to resolve configuration /software issues with manufacturing machines

Skills required:
-IT Help Desk Experience +2 years of experience
-MUST HAVE: Windows 7 Server experience
-MUST HAVE: Widows 2010 experience

-Pay: $21.63 hr
