ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Completes routing paperwork and documentation as required.
-Keeps stock in orderly arrangement.
-Process problem receipt / shipment duties for resolution.
-Operates company vehicle to pick up and deliver materials at various local destinations.
-Operates forklift or pallet jack for material movement.
-Performs daily work functions using various computer software applications.
-Prepares and packs goods for shipment with various carriers, both internationally and internally.
-Pulls and fills orders.
-Receives material, checks against documentation for proper nomenclature, identification and quantity.
-Requires accurate input and extract data from various computer programs and databases.
-Requires ability to meet a standard of performance regarding system use, data entry, and process flow.
-Routes materials, supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
-Sorts, counts, checks received goods, raw materials, finished or semi-finished parts and subassemblies.
-Stores articles in proper location according to identifying factors.
-Utilizes small hand tools, proportional scales and operates materials handling equipment, including forklifts, skids, pallet handlers pallet, scales, and shrink-wrap machines and hand trucks.
-Physically transfers materials between sites; defective warehouse, repair workstations, and FGI warehouse.
-Locates and transfers parts within the facility that may be required for completion of assemblies.
-Delivers product to repair workstations in accordance with issued work orders, scheduled plans.
-Verifies and maintains associated stock records, logs, shortage reports and other documentation.
-Ability to read work orders, inventory reports, and follow oral and written instructions to determine material to be moved.
-Loads/unloads materials on pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand or with material handling equipment.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND FREQUENCY
-Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED); entry-level position; no prior experience required.
-Possess a general knowledge of electronic environments and conditions.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
