The Customer Account Specialist is responsible for owning and managing all aspects of customer orders. This includes, but is not limited to, booking orders, managing customer change order requests, and setting customer expectations regarding anticipated shipment dates.
Associates Degree in a related field, or a combination of academic proficiency and directly related work experience.
At least one year of client service facilitation in a high tech or sales administration environment. Proven and documented experience as a proactive customer advocate is essential.
Knowledge of the life science industry is a plus.
