Are you ready to bring your customer service skills to a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Express Employment Professionals is looking for a full-time Customer Service/EDI Support Specialist to join a local sporting goods equipment company in Hot Springs!

What You'll Do:

• Customer Assistance: Answer incoming calls and assist customers with order placement, payments, and information.
• Order Management: Enter orders and invoices in Sage.
• EDI Support: Fill out various Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) worksheets and update sales information.
• Office Duties: Perform general office tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Microsoft Office Skills: Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, searching, creating spreadsheets).
• Typing Skills: Excellent typing and 10-key skills.
• Multi-tasking: Ability to work in a very fast-paced industrial office environment and handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

• Competitive Pay: Start at $13.00/hour.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm with occasional overtime.
