General Manager – Manufacturing Business Unit

Manufacturing company in south Fort Worth is seeking a General Manager for its pharmaceutical and nutraceutical business unit.

Ideal candidates will have:

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a production environment, with at least 2-5 years in a General Manager or similar role with full P&L responsibility
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability, with a demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and retention
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems
Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to assess the financial impact of customer-focused initiatives
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is highly desirable
