Job Title: Multi-Disciplinary Project Manager / Construction Project Manager/Engineer

Overview: The Multi-Disciplinary Project Manager / Construction Project Manager/Engineer is responsible for leading and coordinating complex construction projects across various disciplines, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical and regulatory requirements. The position involves overseeing design, planning, resource allocation, and execution, while ensuring smooth collaboration between engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical) to ensure project alignment and integration.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to client specifications.
• Supervise and collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure the seamless execution of project activities.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure clear communication and regular updates with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Manage procurement and logistics for materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
• Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, overseeing multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions for project challenges.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and experience in ensuring compliance on construction sites.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
