Production Machine Operator

Location: Stead, NV

Pay: $23.70/hr (Day Shift) | $26.20/hr (Night Shift)

Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (6 AM - 6 PM, 6 PM - 6 AM)

• Schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
• Rotation: 1 month on day shift, 1 month on night shift, rotating per month (must work both shifts)

We are seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Stead. If you have a passion for precision and quality, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration (QC) functions on processing equipment.
• Utilize basic math and data entry skills.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Measure pipe and verify that dimensional tolerances meet acceptable criteria.
• Prepare products for shipping according to various packaging requirements.
• Assist teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Experience Required: 

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with calibrations and machine adjustments 
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tool use
• Measuring and basic math skills
• Must possess a valid driver''s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clean background and ability to pass a full drug screen (not THC friendly).
• Must be fluent in English.
