Field Project Manager - Mechanical / Field Supervisor (Contractor''s License Required)

Overview: The Field Project Manager - Mechanical/Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing mechanical projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role involves managing field crews, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and handling project logistics to ensure smooth operations. A contractor’s license is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise mechanical projects on-site, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Manage teams of contractors and field workers, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure proper resource allocation and materials procurement.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Oversee the scheduling, budgeting, and documentation processes for all phases of the project.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Contractor’s License (required).
• Proven experience in field project management and supervision, specifically within mechanical systems and construction.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, building codes, and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
