Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing firm in East Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a local company in Bryan, TX. We offer full-time, part-time, and temporary positions; however, placement is not guaranteed, and our services are completely free for candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation tasks efficiently and accurately, adhering to project specifications.
• Measure rough openings and fabricate frames accordingly.
• Lift and install components with precision, ensuring alignment and proper functionality.
• Hang doors and ensure accurate installation.
• Perform frame carpentry as needed for structural components.
• Assemble components according to technical specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a fabricator.
• Proven skills in fabrication, window installation, and removal.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in installations.
• Experience in construction, glass installation, and customer service is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
