Professional Cleaner  

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Professional Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning both residential and commercial spaces while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties

- Conduct thorough quality checks after completing work

- Ensure complete customer satisfaction through excellent service

- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members

- Follow proper safety protocols when using cleaning equipment and solvents

- Document and report any maintenance issues or concerns

 

Essential Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Pleasant and positive attitude

- Reliable transportation (must use own vehicle)

- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including:

- Standing and crouching for extended periods

- Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds

- Operating cleaning equipment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous professional cleaning experience

- Knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling procedures

- Experience with various types of cleaning equipment

 

Working Conditions:

- Work is performed in various indoor environments

- Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting

- Must be comfortable working with cleaning solvents and equipment

- Schedule may include weekdays and weekends

 

Compensation:

- Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience

- Must provide own transportation (mileage not reimbursed)
