Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing firm in East Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a local company in Bryan, TX. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems. We offer full-time, part-time, and temporary positions; however, placement is not guaranteed, and our services are completely free for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs as required.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment for a variety of maintenance tasks.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and be available for after-hours support as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards.
• Process make-readies 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven maintenance experience, including plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Ability to handle basic plumbing issues and perform light electrical work.
• EPA and HVAC certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must be available for on-call duties as scheduled.
