Join our team as a Customer Service Representative., where you''ll process orders, handle returns, and provide outstanding customer support. If you''re detail-oriented, skilled at multitasking, and have excellent communication, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Assisting customers with order status, backorders, and freight charges.
• Researching order-related problems and handling return goods authorizations.
• Keeping detailed reports and staying up to date on system changes.
• Investigating billing/service issues and processing credits or replacement orders.
• Reviewing deductions/short payments related to compliance, returns, and shortages.

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Friendly, patient, and a great listener
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
