The ideal candidate will possess a valid GUARD CARD and have a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

Role Description:

As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will be responsible for patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and ensuring the safety of staff and visitors. Your primary goal is to maintain a visible and professional security presence while adhering to safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
• Greet and check identification of visitors, ensuring that only authorized personnel are granted access.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Assist in crowd control during events or emergency situations.
• Communicate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Arizona GUARD CARD.
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
