Key Responsibilities:

customer service, asking digging questions to find out customers needs. 

• Design custom signs using Adobe Illustrator.
• Handle front desk duties, including customer service and order taking.
• Collaborate with customers to create unique designs.
• Submit finalized designs for production.
• Occasionally assist with shipping.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe programs, especially Illustrator.
• Detail-oriented with a creative flair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior design and customer service experience preferred.
