We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to provide specialized support for order entry and inside sales. In this role, you will perform essential functions related to order processing and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
This is a temporary position expected to last 4-8 weeks.

 

Pay: $19.60 per hour

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer purchase orders for clarity, special terms, conditions, and material/lead times.
• Accurately enter orders into our computer system, including bills of materials, part numbers, and descriptions.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with inside sales, planning, quality assurance, and contract review teams.
• Create assembly drawings using PowerPoint or similar software.
• Familiarize yourself with our operations and manufacturing processes related to inventory and operating systems as they pertain to your role.
• Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships and fostering team cohesion. Focus on delivering quality solutions while communicating respectfully and demonstrating empathy in response to customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to absorb technical product information and translate it into accurate sales orders and product drawings.
• Proficiency in various applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
• Quick learner with the capacity to grasp current operating systems easily.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 requirements is a plus.
• Familiarity with the cable connectivity industry, especially in relation to military specifications, is highly desired.
