Express Employment Professionals are looking for a competitive and goal orientated candidate to fill a Web Marketing Specialist position in Logan, UT.

**Position will be available in December, 2024.**

This candidate will be able to support the company in their local internet marketing efforts to increase their online visibility, attract new customers and generate additional jobs.

Responsibilities of the Web Marketing Specialist:

• Increase SEO knowledge and skills every month by reviewing suggested SEO training
• Field and resolve customer service calls from customers
• Keep detailed records of activity on a daily basis and complete request logs and reports including: Customer contacts made via email and phone calls
• SEO/directory and Social Media checklists
• Monthly content production report for each client
• Google analytics reports coordinated every month
• Complete regular reports and checklists detailing work done for each client as specified by the department manager
• Maintain and attribute to healthy relationships with franchises and Corporate Clients through excellent communication skills and professional management of the account
• Maintains composure and a professional, friendly demeanor despite upset customers and franchisees
• Be knowledgeable and apply best practices for optimization of Google, Yelp, Yahoo and Bing listings
• Answers calls regarding orders and or specific product questions.
• Be knowledgeable about common customer issues and questions regarding supported websites, systems, and online marketing
• Regular use of computer and other office equipment
• If needed, create, and distribute unique and compelling social media posts for clients

Requirements of the Web Marketing Specialist:

• Excellent written, verbal communication, and computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to type 30+wpm
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook and have email etiquette
• Must have strong customer service, online marketing, and communication skills and have a passion for helping other people be successful
• Understanding of (and ideally exposure to/experience with) internet marketing
• Experience in customer service and resolving complicated issues.
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge of all relevant products and special services
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and dependable with reliable transportation
• Pass a drug test and background check

Schedule and Salary:

• Hybrid role (Working from home and it is required to come in to the office at least 2-3 times per week)
• Weekdays only
• $18/hour to start
