Construction Laborer/ Driver

Located in McKinney, TX

Salary: $17 per hour

We are seeking a reliable individual with a valid Texas Driver''s License to join our team. This long-term, stable position involves driving to various construction sites to install signs and mailboxes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 80 lbs of preformed concrete multiple times a day.
• Dig holes to place preformed concrete, signs, and mailboxes into the ground.
• Drive to construction sites and assist with installation once trained. You must have a clean driving record.
• Load and unload construction materials and move them to the appropriate locations.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and according to project specifications.

Job Details:

• Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Shifts may start earlier to avoid heat and utilize daylight)
• Pay: Starting at $17 per hour. Opportunities for pay increases based on performance.
• Dress Code: Jeans, appropriate shirt, and closed-toe shoes.
