Job Title: Temporary Interior Painter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Interior Painter for a temporary assignment. The Interior Painter will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing interior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to meet client specifications. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, experience with various painting tools and techniques, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primer as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnishes, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Cover and protect floors, furniture, and adjacent surfaces from paint splatters.
• Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistency.
• Repair and touch up drywall, plaster, or other surfaces as needed.
• Ensure proper ventilation and worksite safety practices.
• Collaborate with clients or supervisors to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in good condition.
• Clean up worksite after completion of job.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an interior painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to use painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers).
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with both residential and commercial painting projects.
