Customer Service Representative & Returns/Order Processor

 

 

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative Jr., where you''ll process orders, handle returns, and provide outstanding customer support. If you''re detail-oriented, skilled at multitasking, and have excellent communication, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer and sales rep calls/emails
• Process orders and manage inquiries (phone, fax, EDI)
• Verify pricing, provide quotes, and track order status
• Issue return authorizations via the standard portal
• Maintain daily reports and assist with special projects

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Friendly, patient, and a great listener
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
