Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to assist customers with setting up and navigating their online banking and new mobile app. In this temporary role, you will provide face-to-face support to ensure a smooth transition to digital banking for our members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, has great people skills, and possesses basic computer knowledge.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet credit union members and assist them with setting up online banking and the new mobile app.
• Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to help customers navigate the app''s features.
• Answer basic questions related to online banking services and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor while interacting with members.
• Follow the credit union’s guidelines for customer service and digital banking support.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with smartphones and mobile apps.
• Professional and conservative appearance/attire, in line with credit union standards.
• Availability to work the entire duration of the assignment, from October 28th to November 8th.
