Seattle Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Residential Maintenance Technician! 

Schedule: Monday – Friday Day shift with OT as needed
Pay:  $24-28/hr depending on experience

Job Duties:
*Painting full apartments, handling patch work and helping with drywall installation when needed.
*Repairing/replacing appliances (i.e. garbage disposals, microwaves, dishwashers, etc)
*Assisting with landscaping, cleaning up common grounds, etc
*Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the workday

Requirements:
*Previous maintenance experience (Commercial or Residential) 
*Lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
*Must have your own basic tools and own car/truck
