Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a reliable and skilled chef to work weekend shifts from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, preparing and serving meals in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all food is prepared and served within 7-10 minutes to maintain a high standard of service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards.
• Ensure meals are ready for service within 7-10 minutes of order.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Manage food stock and supplies during your shift.
• Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a chef or cook in a similar environment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under time constraints.
• Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to handle multiple orders at once.
• Availability to work weekends from 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
