Our client in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join their screen printing team, providing high-quality custom apparel and promotional products. Their team is passionate about creativity and craftsmanship, and they’re looking for a motivated, quality focused individual to join them in bringing their clients'' visions to life.  Location is on the bus line and client does not test for THC.

Position Details:
Pay starts at $13.00/hr ($520 paid weekly)
Hire-In Bonus: $500 with $1/hr pay increase when hired in
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30 am to 4:00pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Responsibilities may include:

• Assist in the setup and operation of screen printing equipment.
• Prepare screens and artwork for printing.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Help with the mixing of inks and maintaining cleanliness of the workspace.
• Assist in finishing processes such as curing, folding, and packing finished products.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and assist in ordering as needed.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Prior experience in screen printing or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of color mixing and printing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs several times per day and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience in lieu of education is accepted
