Express is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a local Salem Company.  This company is brand new and looking for someone to grow with them starting at the ground level! 

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of diverse marketing experience and a proven track record in various marketing specialties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

 

Position Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

 

  $18.00+ /HR 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Create and manage content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience across multiple specialties (digital marketing, content creation, SEO, etc.).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel as needed.
