Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a background in Human Resources. This role is essential in supporting the HR department’s day-to-day operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and providing general administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
  • Handle sensitive information and maintain the confidentiality of employee records.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certification or coursework is a plus.
